PricePulse can't read a competitor's price
Some large retailers block automated checks. Paid plans retry those automatically. If one still fails, email us the product link and we'll look at it.
Imported reviews don't appear on my product page
In your theme editor, add the “Product reviews” app block to your product template and save. Stars need the “Star rating” block.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open the app, go to Plans and choose Change plan. Uninstalling the app cancels billing immediately.
